I also make it a point to stay up to date on the latest advances in psychology and incorporate them into my practice, always aiming to improve my work and deliver the best possible benefit for you.
Family Systems and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy are two approaches that I draw on consistently. I’ve also been deeply influenced by two related theoretical perspectives: Expressive Art therapies and the psychology of Carl Jung, both of which highlight the special qualities that make each person unique. They focus on the broader aspects of human experience that extend beyond our individual egos, fostering a deeper understanding and connection.
I believe that everyone has the potential to grow, heal, and learn practical skills that can enhance their relationships — both with themselves and others.

There is a positive side to all of this, it’s a chance to come aware more of ourselves and gain choice rather than react out of old patterns. In releasing old patterns we become more resilient.
