This practice is for the pure experience of expression and creation-the act, the spirit and the process.

Location: Leopardstown, Dublin.
Drop-in: 20 euros to cover art supplies and snacks

Sessions will feature Lectio Divina, Visio Divina, Mandala Meditation, and Prayer in Colour. A simple art technique will be demonstrated.

  • No artistic background is required.
  • Bring an open mind and a willingness to explore and be amazed.
  • We will collectively foster a non-judgmental attitude; the focus is on the spiritual journey.
  • Above all, enjoy art together.

Please bring your favourite art supplies, along with your curiosity, an open heart, and your adventurous spirit.

If you don’t yet have some favourite art supplies, some basic art materials (brushes, paints, pencils, paper) will be available.
